Some more pictures and basic base painting

Finally got to use aotake translucent blue (green)!

Velvet red xpress paint over a white ink zenithal highlight on black primer, incomplete coat of sepia ink topped off with some Sand Yellow RML79 model air paint. Finishing with a sponging of Vallejo FX galvanic corrosion. I tried airbrushing that one, bad idea… Completely clogged my airbrush within seconds, apparently it’s really grainy, like a suspended sand. The trench walls were drybrushed with some vallejo pale blue grey and hit with a filter of some diluted desaturated green airbrush paint.
